Tony Bennett's All-American Ball Handling Workout

This is the ballhandling workout performed everyday by Tony Bennett, Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Virginia. He played his college ball at UW-Green Bay where he still holds the NCAA career 3-point % record (.497). He played professionally for the Charlotte Hornets and then was a star player/coach in New Zealand. Having watched him play often at UWGB and through working camps with him at the University of Wisconsin, I have seen him go through this series. He is one of the quickest players I have seen with the ball. Even if you are not the fastest or quickest athlete, being quick with the ball will make you a difficult player to defend.
