The Lob Continuity play is designed to create multiple scoring opportunities, with the easiest of all being a lob pass for a layup or dunk. It is an effective quick hitter that can also be run as a continuity as the ball swings and reverses from side to side. Flex Lob Play
The Flex Lob Play is run out of a flex offense set, however, you are by no means required to run the flex offense to run this play. If you don't run the flex, this is a good set to get a layup or dunk off of a lob pass. If you do run the flex, this can be a great counter to use against defenses that anticipate the backscreen.
