Why do you need my credit card for a free trial?
We ask for your credit card to allow your membership to continue after your free trial, should you choose not to cancel. This also allows us to reduce fraud and prevent multiple free trials for one person. This helps us deliver better service for all the honest customers.
Remember that we won’t bill you anything during your free trial and that you can cancel at any moment before your trial ends.
How long are your contracts?
HoopsU.com membership plans are month-to-month or yearly. Both plans automatically renew on the monthly or yearly expiration date. The coaching staff plan is a year-long plan for all members of your coaching staff/program which does not automatically renew. Since there is often staff turnover each new season, you can resubscribe to include new members of your staff. Previous members on the staff plan can also renew individually if they choose. We also make it quite simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payments are accepted via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal. If you would like to pay by check, money order, or school purchase order, please contact us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your Academy membership is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It’s done online right from your ‘My Account’ settings. You’ll find the ‘My Account’ link on every page so it’s not difficult to find and cancel.
