Layered 4-Out Motion Offense
This is a version of the motion offense that I use and really like. Breaking the motion offense down into pieces of "layers" makes it easier to understand. This version of the 4-out, 1-in motion also emphasizes actions that get the ball inside against the defense. The motion offense has a cutting, driving, and screening component that should be present in any good offense. Isolation Stall Offense
In the Isolation Stall Offense, the two weakest defenders are isolated on one side of the court. We are essentially creating a game of 2-on-2 that can be used as a late-game delay offense or it can be run to create quick scoring chances.
